Terms & Conditions


The following Website is operated by Parametrix Ltd. having its registered office at Mladost 4, block 487, ent.1, 1715, Sofia, Bulgaria. This document contains information about Parametrix Ltd. (also referred as The Soul Patterns) activity and the general terms and conditions of use of the services provided by The Soul Patterns, governing the relationship between us and each of our registered users. The Soul Patterns reserves the right to modify at any moment the present general sales conditions. Nevertheless, the General Sales Conditions applicable to the order placed by a Customer on the Website are those accepted by the Customer at the time of placing the order.



Placing an order: The individual Customer can place his/her order at The Soul Patterns website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The ordering process is composed of several steps. Once product selection has been carried out, and the basket validated, the Customer must: – clearly identify the products selected with the options of colors, sizes, etc. indicated on the Website; – indicate the quantities requested; – identify himself/herself by giving all the information usually requested for an inscription online; – indicate clearly the information necessary for the delivery. This relates in particular to the precise address of delivery, as well as possible restrictions of accessibility of the place of delivery (building, floor, door-codes, etc.); – indicate the selected mode of delivery; – indicate the selected mode of payment. Once the mode of payment is selected, the Customer must proceed with the payment of the order on the secure server, which will formalize the sales contract between the Customer and Parametrix Ltd. in a firm and final manner. In every case, the final validation of the order by the Customer will constitute a proof of the order and current liability for the sums for the products selected in the order. This validation constitutes signature and acceptance of all the operations carried out on the Website – www.thesoulpatterns.com.


Confirmation of the order

An email is automatically sent to the customer to confirm the order, provided that the email address indicated in the inscription form does not contain an error. The Customer must check the completeness and conformity of the information which he/she provides to the Soul Patterns. The latter cannot be held responsible for possible errors of data-entry and the consequences in terms of delay or delivery error. In this context, all the expenses engaged for resending will be covered by the Customer.


Tracking of the order

The Soul Patterns sends the order via a transporting company selected by the Soul Patterns. The transporter generates a tracking number which is provided to the Customer. This number makes it possible for the Customer to know the stage of sending or delivery of his/her parcel. The Soul Patterns thus cannot be held accountable for the unavailability or errors that may affect the information supplied by the transporters. The Soul Patterns endeavors nevertheless to make this information as clear as possible and to make the transport as reliable as possible. The Customer can at any moment contact the sales department of The Soul Patterns to receive information for the status of his/her order.


Information about the products

The information, characteristics, photographs and graphics presented on the Website are given only on a purely indicative basis and are mainly provided by the suppliers. In particular, the difference in perception of the forms and the colors between the photographs or graphics presented and the products cannot be The Soul Patterns’ responsibility. It is nevertheless possible that the perception of the products does not correspond completely to the products. Availability of the products: The Soul Patterns is committed to delivering the orders received only within the limit of the stocks of the product available or within the limit of the stocks available from its suppliers. In the absence of availability of a product or products, The Soul Patterns is committed to informing the Customer as quickly as possible. More precise information can be given to the Customer by email. The unavailability of a product is mentioned on the product page. Delivery time indicated in the product page details is the estimated time for delivery. The Customer will be informed by The Soul Patterns in the event of a delay. The Customer in turn can either ask for the cancellation of the order with a refund of payment within 30 days, or the exchange of the unavailable product with another one.


Prices of the products

Prices in the Website are indicated in Euros and BGN and are inclusive of VAT tax. Prices might be modified by The Soul Patterns at any time without prior notice. The prices indicated in the Website do not include any delivery charges. Orders for delivery to countries outside the European Union are not subject to Bulgarian VAT. The prices indicated on the website for such orders are free of tax and therefore do not take into account VAT. Nevertheless, these orders are subject to possible taxes and customs fees in the destination country. We recommend the customer contact their local customs authorities for further information. Payment: We accept payment via a postal money order, bank transfer or a credit or debit card. You may safely enter your debit or credit card information in the checkout page without having to create an account, and without incurring a fee. We do not store any information regarding your card details.  Your payments are securely processed with the highest security SSL encryption technology available. Invoice for the purchase order: The purchase order which the Customer creates online or the confirmation of the order sent by email to the Customer by The Soul Patterns does not act as an invoice. The invoice comes with the parcel or will be sent via email. We preserve an electronic example of each invoice. 


Delivery service

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer on the purchase order. The Customer must check the conformity of the information which he/she provides to The Soul Patterns. The latter cannot be held responsible for possible errors of data entry and the consequences in terms of delay or delivery error. In this context, all expenses for the forwarding of an order will be covered by the Customer. The Soul Patterns cannot be held responsible for delivery delays because of errors or disruptions caused by the transporting companies. Dispatching times: Orders placed via the Website are processed from Monday to Friday, except public holidays. In case of one on more products not available from an order, we will contact the customer so that he/she confirms how to proceed with the dispatching of the order. An email is automatically sent to the Customer at the time of the dispatch of the products to the email address indicated in the inscription form.


Delivery methods

– The Soul Patterns works with several transporting companies for conducting domestic and international deliveries. The standard delivery in Bulgaria usually takes 24h and in Europe – between 5-10 working days from the date of dispatching the order. Non-European packages are extended to approximately 20 working days.

– Express delivery by EMS, TNT Express : depends on Customer delivery address. In the event of absence, EMS and TNT Express will leave you a delivery notice in your letter-box which will enable you to collect your parcel at the address and according to methods indicated by the transporter. The parcels are held at the Post Office. In the event of the item not being collected within the time limits stated by the transporter, the products will be returned to us.


Packaging of the products

The products are packed so as to respect the standards of transport in force, and to ensure an optimal protection of the products during their delivery. It is requested from the Customer to respect these same standards in case of a product being returned to The Soul Patterns. Any damage noted to a product arising from the product not being repackaged properly may lead to an only partial refund, or no refund at all.


Delays in delivery

In case of a delay in delivery compared to the times announced by the transporters, the Customer must contact The Soul Patterns Customer Service by email in order to create a file of contention or start an investigation to carry out a search for the parcel. Damage parcels: The Customer must notify us by email so that we can take the necessary measures.



Every customer has the right to cancel their purchase. Purchases can be returned for a full refund, minus shipping charges, within 14 days from the delivery date. Any goods returned must be returned in their original packaging, in the condition in which the Customer received them, shall neither have been used, nor have suffered any damage. If the goods are damaged in any way, The Soul Patterns has the right to refuse a refund or refund partially. The refund will be made within 10 days after we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be payable with the same payment methods the Customer chose during their initial purchase. We do not refund the cost of the return postage. We will contact the Customer after we receive thier returned package with further information.


Completion of conditions

All circumstances not covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
