In order to change or return a product you have 14 days from the date of arrival of your purchase. Any change or a refund will only be accepted if the item is in a perfect condition and with its original packaging. Any exchange for another item will generate new shipping costs that will be at your charge. Refunds will be payable with the same payment methods you chose during the initial purchase within 10 days after the reception of the product in our warehouse.

– Make sure you include your name, e-mail, address and order number.

– We will review your request within 48 hours and send you further instructions regarding the return procedure.

– Please, ensure that the item is in perfect condition and in its original package.

– Once we receive and inspect the returned item, our team will notify you if you are eligible for a refund.
